Where did you find the info? I looked at both ITC and Lantronix sites and could not find it. Admittedly I did not try Sedar.
The Thurs 16 Jan 2020 news said "Landtronix has completed the acquisition...ITC is expected to be delisted at the end of trading on or about [Monday] 20 January". Am I to assume settlement will be Monday? Because as of Friday, the shares are still in my account.
