Agree with your timeline that a dividend will be reinstated before the next AGM, if they want people to vote to keep the current board of directors intact. 

I am not too sure how many share holders would vote against the board if the dividend is not reinstated.  I know I would for sure.  They should have already done something on the dividend front, but they are not very share holder concerns friendly, I sort of wonder how many shares the directors and senior management of the fund actually own themselves.
