Dube is not an insider of Heritage ......... he is free to trade CANN as frequently as he would like without a need to report. I know his trading history in other issuers .......... I have no doubt he has actively traded CANN based on his history of trading practices.
Senger reported her dispositions .......... the large dispositions are fact. I've not once suggested anything nefarious was taking place in light of the dispositions but a whole bunch of you have said as much about Jag Bals sales.
I once brought up Sharples history of trades in the UMB days ........ inclusive of sales ........ again ....... nothing nefarious about them but in light of persons bringing up Jag Bal's history ........ Sharples reporting history was deserving of a look too ...... that's why Sedi was devised in the first place.
Ziraldo's disclosures on Sedi vs other regulatory forms not appearing to match does not suggest anything nefarious either ........ it just shows a discrepancy that needed clarification.
