RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BobGreenfield they're coming for you!

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BobGreenfield they're coming for you! Kingfish ....... none of that applies to me. I'm not sure how citing/referencing disclosure in company documents can be construed as a breach of any law ..... least of which defamation. The company disclosed problems with hemp ......... that poses problems for Q4 expectations ........ that's just keeping it real. Players using that to their benefit when the numbers come out ......... you know that's just what happens in the markets ......... positive sentiment and you get a push ........ negative sentiment spurs on pressure and the players know just how to magnify these things and take full advantage of emotional investors and that is where I come in to profit while they do work.

James West disposed of all of his common shares during the time hemp was to be in full processing/extraction .......... that information comes from Heritage disclosure ......... nothing nefarious but it gives one pause on why James West ..... a seemingly staunch supporter of Heritage sold everything. Clearly, West's investment criteria was no longer being met and while that may not be reflective of CANN being solely responsible for his change in criteria threshold ......... it is definitely CANN that he no longer held as one of possibly many.

So me being the cynic ....... looking at West selling everything ....... and then seeing there were big issues with hemp ..... well ......... you have to conclude it is going to heavily impact Q4 number expectations.

We shall let a judge decide ....... that's cute. Age old bs. The guys who are truly crossing the line know who they are ........ et tu Brute.

Generalizing for introductory purposes, the postings assert thatTheralase management are untruthful and unprofessional, the corporation is operating unlawfully and improperly from the investors perspectives, and the personal plaintiffs are unprofessional, incompetent managers who have committed criminal acts,"writes Myers.
