Dividends...For the calendar year 2019, a total of .075 cents was paid out in dividends to shareholders. It is my understanding that is the bare minimum that must be paid per year in order to avert conversion of class b shares to voting shares. If Torstar skips another quarterly payment this year but still manages to pay .075 cents for the year, does the 8 consecutive quarterly requirement still apply?
