One word junior... 'lawsuit'
Not to mention George's expertise is 4 years on these gardens. Hardly an expert.
Trade apprenticeships are 4 years lol
IF RQB win the lawsuit then it should be a winner of a stock but the recent BS acquisition of DigiGro, the firing of the board of directors, firing of staff and huge amount of debt... I don't like it. Something's up with all these changes since the lawsuit came out and it needs time to play out before anyone considers buying these machines from RQB let alone buying the company.
Shareholders at the moment should just hope that George can get an extension on this debt due in a couple of months. Would be a shame if the debt collectors took posession of a facility.
Kurious, are you a shareholder now?
I say George is more expert than anyone else at the helm of any company. Who else knows more? If market sentiment were the opposite and if HC weren't so incompetent and worked like they were union guys it'd be a different story where George would be viewed as a genius.
Debt is on every cannabis company's balance sheet. How else do you start? And like I said before, RQB had too many employees than necessary. Why not cut staff? It only makes sense.
Lastly, the lawsuit is garbage. 100%, I truly believe that Roto could lose big on this. More than they bargained for.
No I'm not a shareholder, I hold RotoGro
- The guys over at RotoGro know more than George, they've been working on these machines for a decade and George bought some, allegedly copied and allegedly modified them.
- Yes the delays out of HC are very bad, and is part of the reason RQB are in trouble.
- I'm OK with debt, most companies have it. What I'm not OK with is a company owing ~$13m due to be paid next month with very little cash in the bank and very little revenue ( FYI RotoGro have 0 debt, so it's not all cannabis companies)
- Staff cuts are fine if there truly was too many staff
- We could argue about the lawsuit all day, in the end its the lawyers who have access to the real information so we'll just have to agree to disagree here I think and wait it out
Cheers

You're not ok with a company that you're not vested in to have debt? Sure, guy. Makes sense. I'm Piss'd off and angry and deeply troubled that Tesla has debt in the books and burning cash like there's no tomorrow, BUT...... I own no stock. Pfft. C'mon. Ulterior motive much?
Also, the guys working at Rotogro maaaaay have spent more time with the gardens (we don't know for sure), but that doesn't mean they know more.
And, friends, RQB is not in trouble with the lawsuit. It's before the courts. Don't let anybody tell you different. It's like saying that there must be something wrong with the amendments because we haven't heard anything from them for so long. WRONG. They're bumbling idiots at HC that still get paid to take their sweet time while they scratch their behinds and eat Snickers.
