I told you I'm connected so yes im long even once it starts trading again. I believe in both ACB and AUSA and will hold until my selling point with no fear!! I have no intention of selling for a long time. I'm happy about the merger I cant wait to hear the details!! I smell scared all over you tho LOLS Told you I'll pay 0.10 for your shares if you are so afraid of the merger
Yes I'm scared cuz I hold a ton of shares. And that's the only reason why I signed up to see if any insiders lurk these forums.
I was long Ausa despite it's performance because I knew ACB had backend rights so it's just a matter of time.
But with Folium in the mix with an implied value of $875M, ACB will not being to buy them out or have any meaningful impact.
Why I was long ausa was becausw of it's mcap of 75M. ACB has an average dollar trading volume of $30-40M. All ACB needs to say is they are gonna exercise their backend rights and Ausa will 10x overnight guaranteed. Maybe even 40x.
With Folium, it changes everything cuz even if ACB buys out 40% of Ausa, that'll only give it a 3-4% stake in Folium.
That's why I'm concerned with the merger.
Ausa at $0.45/share is super easy to 10x with right news.
Folium at $875M, what are the odds of it doubling let alone 10x?!
Even if Folium does do 200M in rev, nobody is gonna rush in and buy it when CBD is not a new things and there are tons of CBD companies out there. CWEB is a much better CBD company with transparency and is audited unlike a private company.
When you say you are comnected? What do you mean? Do you know Scott Dowty?
Ask Scott why he paid 10m for 8 machines?
Ask Scott why he paid Astound 5M to advertise his THC assets?
Ask Scott why did he negotiate a shetty 9%?
Ask Scott why is he selling Bamm for pennies? Pennies!!!!
Ask Scott why did he want to merge with a private company full of Scandals with 3 ongoing lawsuits!
Ask Scott why did he feel the NEED to fire their CFO in such an "EXCITING" time?
Those are all valid questions and concerns.
