Sellers have pretty well quit.
On the other hand there is no more buyer since CIBT stoppped buying there own shares
Seems to be getting quite a demand for REAL Estate in general'
Hoping one day we will be recognized for the portfolio of rental units CIBT is slowly building
Would like to here how far along Toby is with H.K listing
I believe CIBT will have its turn at some point, so sitting and ignoring the price for now.
as potential is there.
