Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Hmmm? Whatever…. It must be it; nothing to be concerned, the lawsuit (s) (chaser) item has already been factored in.

Are you new to the market?  The market has already priced in all these class action lawsuits. I'm speaking as a trader with no emotional attachment to any of these plays.  These class actions have been showing up in my news feeds on all the big companies for the past few months, and here you are reporting it today as if the market doesn't know it yet.  Give your head a shake.  The market is forward looking not 2-3 months ago looking.  Cheers
