RE:RE:Legacy train Contracts!

RE:RE:Legacy train Contracts!Thank you bicente! Do you have silmilar information on BBT?

bicente wrote: Avroarrow , the bomber learns on every new contract and every new product , they are innovators before anything else ... a friend told me that in Mirabel they have  3 floors dedicated to engineers alone  ... there is a tremendous amount of change happening with regards to producing the A220 more efficiently and tgat is thanks to Airbus , many employees are working hard at maximizing productivity and the results will be there soon enough ... Bellemare was brought in to fix EVERYTHING and guess what they didn't even know how many things were going wrong , had he known he probably would have quit ..LOL... he has the unusual task of working for bosses who created the problems ,but yet cannot blame or call out anyone ,  he has to deal with every problem with kid gloves and watch what he says , I'm not trying to make excuses for him here but I will say that everything here makes perfect sense ... this is a last effort to squeeze out money for "development and key aeronautical jobs" ... he did mention that part of 2020 would need more investing and now tgat the MAX window has opened up some fast cash is needed .. the plan is to tell the govts that  it's Airbus' fault and that the money will create jobs ... the fact that the bomber missed estimates is no big deal in my opinion and should not have made the price of the shares fall so low ... maybe they will decide to sell a division and I'm hoping it's not the A220 and if they do I hope they work out a deal where they can collect royalties because those planes will be selling well for many years to come ... quote=AvroArrow]I have always wondered for along time why bombardier seemed so complacent about these contracts for years!Delay after delay and being stretched out for years! They obviously under estimated the the final stage of software problems which really surprises me for a company that is a leader in the train business! As was mentioned a few times on this forum by some posters i really do think Bellemare was really out of his league on the BT side of the business so it got neglected for too long!Maybe the CEO job  should have been shared by two people! One fot BT and one for BA and of course shared the salary!God i hope they have learned something from this if we ever get out of this mess!GLTA
