RE:Take control of DDB for less than $50K CAD, idea?HatersGonnaHate wrote: I'm surprised nobody has taken a run at DDB or called a dissident shareholder meeting, booting the current management team and replacing themselves. All you need is 5% of the float which would cost $43,000 at $0.01 and you call a special meeting, replace the directors, get control and try and bring back shareholder value.
HOLY SMUCKERS BATMAN......HatersGonnaHate NOW YOU GO TO THE FRONT OF THE CLASS!! Okay Hater lets take this to a A MOCK SCENERIO!!
Question: You say al we need is 5 % of the float.
Is that one person needs to own that or can that percentage be a pooled portfolio of investors/shareholders?
The person or persons gaining the control, would they now have access to post an IIROC NR informing shareholders that the TAKE OVER has happened and a meeting is on such and such a date???
If not........how does the take over group or persons inform the rest of the shareholders that this take over has occured, special meeting, blah
I also want to add and sorry for hogging the bb. but since posting,
I heard a RUMOUR;
"that Tim had sold the company before he died"...peeps on both forums CEO and SH, keep posting the same shyte, blah blah blah illegal disclosure blah ya DUH no fuk!
Obviously this was a......."BIZ GRADDO"......... verbal conversation, like maybe what you see in the James Bond movies inside the Turkish steam bath.....heavy MOFIA discussion haha lo lmfaso!!
Seriously.......Tim knew he was dying
Everybody knows Tim believed his company was worth more than what the market and investors believed it DDB was worth.
Obviously there was no paper!
Obviously the rumour was based on conversation over heard
Obviousy the rumour has some truth we all know that Tim was trying to sell or partner or make some move for the company before he died.
I gotta believe that. The only thing that truly FUKS my head is why why why? did they wait so so long to bring Louisa into the picture, if Tim had all his ducks in a row before he died??????
He did not have ANY DUCKS IN a row and that is blantantly obvious since we only have about a couple more months and than there is no more cash!
I believe Tim was very neglegent, I believe he breached his fiduciary duty, in every capacity, to the shareholders.
I believe he did not give a flying shyte.
I believe he is of the same view, as Hammer is a customer, the lights are on, everybody is still working at their desks and month month cash burn was not even a concern.
I believe we shareholders have a huge trolley full of negligence by DD management.
Our CEO fuking died and NOTHING NOTHING not a fuking piece of solid information for shareholders to grasp onto.
Tons of information about SWIS and other companies contacting DDB and nobody at DDB is answering any of these requests.!!
I have no problem losing money on penny stocks, MNB knows the game all too well, but, I DO have a HUGE PROBLEM with NOBODY at the Helm TAKING CARE OF OUR MONEY with due diliegence in every capacity.
HATER I'm heading into the city I will catch up with your reply and MORE helpful tips hints, suggestions, any postings that put the odds in shareholders best interest is what we should try to achieve here.
Can anyone blame us investors, for constantly searching, digging, scrapping and scrounging for any kind of info as to what the fuk happened to our money???
TOO MUCH TIME has past with so much loss and no accountability. Time money is going to shut the light out!!!!! sheesh I am the only one seeing this???
So Hater you are RIGHT ...I am surprised somebody has not taken a run at these MUDDER FUKERS DDB!!
Adios Amigas and lator Gators

P.S KEEP POSTING PEEEPS we are never going to get anywhere being silent!!
