RE:RE:Such extremes on bear and bull scenarios...I hope you're right, but the winter in Washington has been a touch milder than normal this winter.  There has been more snowfall, though, so hopefully the Nat Gas volumes are still high.

I think if ALA is at $24, a ratings increase wont move the price much without a bunch of institutional money jumping in.  I hope I'm wrong, as I would be ecstatic to see $28.
