Perfect !,,,, scam

Perfect !,,,, scam

So let me see if I have this correct ....

Auxly takes 100 million in convertible debt .....plus 322 warrants per debenture  322000 warrants .....which were valued and flogged on the open market yet never converted ....expired

Pays an immediate 11 million interest payment

Then a couple years later repays $79,439,174 then a further repayment 2.7 million that’s $ 82139174.00 so with the interest their at  93139174.00

Reduces the price from 1.55to .74 cents  gives  21,602,460 common shares valued at .74

So in the end debenture holders get 322000 warrants , 21,602,460 common  shares all for a tidy sum of  6.84 million

Almost forgot the brokerage fees of on the original issue ....which mysteriously never get talked about ...

The loaned shares and shorting with the loaned shares

Combined with millions in goodwill write downs on overplayed equity plays = zero

In the end this is the business acumen these dummies have shown time in and time out .....meanwhile padding themselves to the tune of 100 million siphoned out of the company for incentive payments on top of their already over generous salaries .....

And when they said they had no choice but to do this deal or their wouldn’t be a Xly what they really meant is that they wouldn’t have had a vehicle by which to skim from ......

Just an blatant example of why this is a Complete sham !!!!!!!!!

Rah rah go get em scumbags !!!!!!
