The whole situation from both sides, Coregold and Titan has been put forward to confuse honest shareholders. No communicaton, no answers. Circular reads stuff like " best efforts" " fair value" . 
WTF does any of that mean? Phone Coregold or Titan. Tell me if you get an answer. This is the biggest scam in full view of regulators. BCSC is a joke. Their  track record on their website speaks for itself. Same for Australian stock exchange. Allowing Titan to stay suspended for months and months. Total scam. BCSC didn't even punish the BOD of Coregold for putting forward an unfair and unreasonable merger, the first time around, and went totally blind to events, even with all the submissions from concerned shareholders, shortly after the supreme court ruling when  the nefarious activites started all over again. I guess it is kind of hard to protect the public when their wages are getting paid by the scamming companies. What a world. And by the way pretty bad those idiots personally attackng "Tad" Every submission and every posting on stockhouse was backed by publicly available facts. Good luck getting your 18 cents cash.
