RE:RE:RE:Announces Private Placement of up to $5,000,000lets eee...16 million shares....for 5 million is around 31 cents oper share plus 1 warrent at 40 cents if the share price will be above 40 cents in he future. so it diluted the shares another 32 million shares. that explains the drop...can anyoen offer a positive spin ?
