First off, 70-75% of all the the stock outstanding is, not they would like it be, but IS held by insiders, friends and family, institions. I may be wrong, this % could be higher!
Secondly, this financing, the hard dollar portion 2 X $5M was done by two (2) people! What I was told, and since I'm not yet deaf, it was done but two individuals that are "Giants, among the Giants"! So, that list, is either from four or five potentials. I'm going to say that Ross Beatty is one, speculative on my part, but I stood, and two mornings ago, one giant picked out of three he would invest in, as he said "Ivan". Honestly, think about that endorsement really means and in what, 2 or 3 minutes means,,,he changed one young mans life, and brought him into a whole new world! Take a step back, and think about what I said! Ten years from now, Ivan will be that "Ross Beatty".
Thirdly, that endorsement validated everything these guys pour of their life into this deal for all of us!
Fourthly, follow Rick Rules rule #1, only put money in P/P that advance the COMPANY,
Fifthly, Ivan, just delivered exactly what he said two days ago, this NEXT raise delivers their team,
18 months of drilling. DRILLING!

Seventhly, Dilution is the name of this industry, please show me, a deal, that has the investor roll call that this one has, management that owns hard cash investment and can stand and say, all but one financing we've ever done has warrants attached!
Eighthly, Not one but three Tier One Shots, I play in the OSK:TSE pool as well, I have only one shot there!!
Ninthly, this is their third deal, Rick Rule's rule #2, only invest in management that has a proven track record!
Tenthly, one company, Au, one company Cu/Au & one company Ag/Au. ( pay attention to detail )that means Spinco is underway. Look for that press release in 5 months or less!
