Great postings so far. I think every single poster has something valid to say. 

Meanwhile, my original question remains. Anyone have an idea what DigiGro is? Website? A couple of owners and some shell companies with no online reporting does us no good. Several execs who will resign in an advisory capacity is meaningless. I haven't seen a single answer on either CAN/US, or German boards (thank you Google translate!) which indicate that anyone knows anything about this software company. 

Lay-offs: Its sad. Benilda was responsible for QC/QA as well as HC compliance specialization, and was HC direct employee prior to her work with RQB. Does this mean that there is no more requirement for SOP writing as well as compliance work under her? George claims he is billable 25 percent of the time (see Frankfurt Youtube speech). Does this mean he is back on the Compliance train? This is not a good forward-looking sign. Yes, Andy was let go, and unfortunately that wasnt a suprise. Outside sales ALWAYS gets let go first. Always.........

My problem with lay-offs is that this company is already a skeleton crew. We also won't know how many employees in the actual facilities themselves were let go either, that won't be publicly announced......

Matt is a great guy and horrendous IR personality. I'd like to see him replaced by a real promoter who is in our faces constantly with detailed updates. Its what investors want. 

The pivit to a home grown software package for the individual grower is a very bad miscalculation in my estimation. How much revenue can possibly be there? The home grower aint going to want to send their information accross a cloud (almost guaranteed). People are not security dunces anymore....they don't want to be monitored or "helped" by big brother. What they want is excellent inexpensive bud, which the Canadian legal market is NOT supplying. 

RQB needs to show a drastic cost advantage model in the flesh. Prove it! They have not. All previous comments regarding their unbelievably slow roll-out are spot on. Its a massive problem and there is something (s) that we are not being told. The RGI references are very noticable....Oakum, Miracle Valley, and others look to be surging ahead speedily. I do not buy the notion that we needed to "test stuff out" or "ramp up cautiously". 

First Nations update? Crickets? I would be on the phone to FM468 encouraging them to get a clue and start posting twitter and website updates. Alexander first nations, anything?

I really don't care at all about share price. All I care about is valid communications and provability. They are not showing this. If they were, I would be buying at this level, but currently I'm going to HODL. Meanwhile, my cash is being shifted to other sectors and companies.
