RE:RE:Questions

RE:RE:QuestionsYes, There is no good reason for tendering your shares.

If you do, whatever happens next, you will have traded, irrevocably, the full ownership of one Core Gold share for three shares of Titan which will give you an indirect ownership of roughly 60% of one Core Gold shares plus an ownership of Titan assets

i will state it differently to make sure it is very clear for everyone: For every shares tendered, you are giving away 40% of your interest in Core Gold and are compensated by receiving a participation in Titan assets (which for my point of view are worthless).

So, please, someone explains to me why would someone which can understand basic maths choose to tender his or her shares.

If I try to make a deal with my 10-year old nephew where I will get 40% of its cake and he will receive a worthless piece of paper, he will refuse right away. If a kid can understand that, why some shareholders are tendering?

If you are one of them, it might still be able to withdraw you shares, and get back your 40% of Core Gold. Please wake up..
