RE:Why is it?Probably because of the spec element. ALA needs to prove its performance over the winter quarters and prove it’s above the NG pricing issues plaguing the suppliers. In theory, there’s a risk their midstream customers could default (I guess). That could be something the bears are watching.
Our east coast pipes service LNG export as well (iirc), which may be under-performing.
