I think this is a huge reason for delays. Also Dr. Sen has his tech for testing analytics in beverages which I believe Health Canada is using to ensure quality and consumer safety.
Researching Infuz2O, their tech is shelf stable. This is crucial as the drinks could be stored in a cool dark room and have a longer expiry.
also... their tech license with Micronutrient Tech "MIST". Produces water soluable minerals that are shelf stable for 2 years. They have the ability to make some serious health beverages.
Imagine producing the first smart phone while everyone else is still making flip phones.
this tech is too beautiful to fail.
Per Health Canada, you cannot put vitamins/minerals in a THC beverage formulation. MiST is a lost cause for now in Canada but maybe another country. If Dolo was in India for Sproutly related reasons that is somewhat exciting to me. They have been comsuming cannabis beverages since 1000 BC.

IMO, I believe it was a positive and fortunate circumstance that SPR will not be permitted to infuse minerals and vitamins as per HC regs. It is far from a lost cause for now. I agree with Silk and further believe that keeping the Mist separate from the JV exclusivity will be more lucrative. They will inevitably market a CBD drink which will have a greater application. Also, it would serve well as a “vitamin/mineral” water.
Maybe not lost, but as a daily CBD consumer I will not purchase water soluble CBD product unless it is the only thing available. The oil's they have available are great, I take some at 7 AM and I feel the presence of it until 12-1 PM. It comes in a small vile so I basically have about 50 doses in my pocket (lasts me 2 weeks for $20). Maybe there will be a market for CBD drinks and they will get some sales, and I know the forcast for CBD drinks is massive but from my lense I dont see it. But I am only 1 person lol.
CBD bevs may not be for everyone and to each their tastes. However, I have a good gut feeling SPR/Mistery CBD JV partner will be explosive and appealing to many. We both win, investors and consumers!
