Yep. And the net proceeds aren't even enough to pay their creditors. I imagine they netted less than $13M for everything then (if I recall, they owed around $12.5M)? Incredible. For those of us who still believe in this technology, I imagine that Saipem intends to get a good return on their investment for their shareholders. Clearly they got a good deal, here. Good luck to them. Their shares trade over the counter in the U.S.
