If Couche-Tard has 50.1 of the shares

If Couche-Tard eventually get 50.1 of the shares, will it incorporate FAF by buying the remaining shares (later) or let FAF stand alone on the two exchanges? I would prefer to stay with FAF than holding the ATD shares.
