Are standard poison pill clauses no longer applicable? I worry more about a hostile takeover than getting value out of the other Teuton properties.

Sprott is required to vote with management but is he limited in who he can sell his TUO shares to? I don't recall any limitation. TUD could be an ally or a shark. Our major shareholders could be too small.
