RE:RE:Former customer

RE:RE:Former customerNo, I won't be back. Never been happy with them.

I changed to BMO. So far it's been excellent! Very responsive to my requests. Level II. Better news feed/research available. Same trade costs. A few better account features, such as displaying the % of your portfolio that a stock or cash position is. It'll be much easier to manage my finances with BMO. I suggest all here do the switch. Very much worth it!

What I can tell you is the services offered by BNS are terrible! I'm happy to be leaving. I think they're ceasing the business relationship b/c I swore at customer service once last week [I was on the phone for an hour before they took my call]. If they want to provide terrible service and follow it up with even worse service they won't be improving their share price!

GL to investors here.

betsonvalue, I had quit them once before and after going to another broker and finding them to be a nightmare I left them and went to another broker that said I'd have $5.00 trades and have more of my own money, what a joke. I paid more for trades than ever, the $5.00 trades were a lie, I paid $18.00 and more at times. I had no Level II, I did at BNS. Now I have quit them and come back to here. I get my wife to settle problems with them now and I have Level II again. She succeeds where I had failed. You eventually could follow me back to here.
