I am completely with you but they were pretty silent before the MH JV announcement. The stock shot up from .30 USD to .40-.45 before it was halted and they were forced to state what the reason was. They have a history of lack of announcements but paid for articles to capture eyes online. Dolo had an interview and stated this was their plan knowing that retail investors look for sources online on investments (I think this was late 2018 early 2019).

I can actually remember the first time I came to this board one of the first messages I read was something like, and I am paraphrasing, " Hello????? does this company still even exist?" because they were so silent. I was pretty hesitant to invest because of this message so I had something small like 10K shares (I regret not having alot more obviously because it took off).

IMO as long as they release the JV name before early April things will be good. I cannot see them going into another summer, winter and tax loss season without giving retail some kind of structure to stand on.

This explains why no broker or institutional investor cares on the name. Paid for articles only go so far before people catch on.  And to admit that it was their plan is most concerning.  Furthermore, why is anyone surprised that there is no news this month? They have little cash to spend on paid for articles. We'll know just how much in under a week when they report.

Has anyone asked management why they haven't stepped in and bought shares in the last year?  When a company has "pending" news from foreveer ago, it's easy for mgmt to get away with they're in a blackout period.

Speaking of asking management. As per your last post regarding speaking with management, you made statement that you were going to participate in the next conference call. I am looking forward to you obtaining clarification on all of your concerns. It will be your opportunity to interrogate management and get to the bottom of this silence.  I hope you are not too busy and have cleared some time in your calendar!

I will just go right to the source for Hawk since he will take any shiny object and run with it. Here is Dolo's exact words.

But before I paste, Do you really think people should not pay for advertising Hawk? Is Taco Bell wasting their money by paying for a commercial? Is Monster energy drinks going under becuase they pay people to put their logo on their shirts?

If you think this strategy is concering, you should stay away from any CPG company's stock. Becuase they all in some way pay for their brand name/company name to get out.

Dolo reminds people that cannabis stocks are driven by retail investors. He told PotNetwork that while institutional investors are out there, a lot of them are sitting on the sidelines.

“What that does is that causes volatility in the stock because you have to keep a retail investor happy with news releases and, as you get close to any bad news, a lot of retail investors take things off the table and shuffle the money around,” he said.

“It’s a different industry, he continued. “It’s not volatile because of cannabis; it’s volatile because of the type of investor that invests within the cannabis space, is what I’m going to say.”
