The management doesn't invest any time with marketing, pr, ir and going on the road to bring institutional investors on board which is crucial for stock price appreciation (no demand = no stock price appreciation). 

That's why the stock is trading at a 50% discount.

Conclusion: fire the BOD members for incompetence or sell/privatize the company.
