RE:RE:Discovering what really was paid by Glencore clientsIf Largo is now contacting those customers directly to setup future contract for V delivery, they may have an idea of how much their originally indirect customers are willing to pay for their product and find out if there is a significant different in between what those customers are willing to pay and what they had gotten from Glencore. They might also be able to sweeten the deal with those customers if they are willing to disclose useful information (e.g. invoices in between Glencore and them in the past), using the sweetness of the deal as a cost to buy necessary legal information for suing Glencore. However, I suspect they will not do that because this could be a costly exercise without immediate reward. Just a fhought.
