Be careful not to forgetTwo very talented men from Spartan have taken a large position. They sold their Company for stock which included 700k cash. These two guys already know where they are taking Raise. This announcement sets the stage for a deal in the works, we just donot know the details. We could see a shakeout today but my guess is those in the know will swoop in and grab the shares. Just my opinion.
