NLC location is superior in terms of elevation, evaporation is better there. NLC already in the 300M range with 20k production plan, 10k will probably put us in 200's, very attractive.

Now for the down side: Environmental license for NLC (this is real, should know more soon), management with less advertisment and media presence (preferred in LT for me)
