I'd hazzard a guess that a deal is already negotiatedand, I'd assume it is ELS. Time will tell, but certainly ELS/B29 have a deep pocketed partner that could add a substantial war chest to a buyout.

Obviously, even current shareholders are so beaten down that they won't add to their positions, even with the prospect of a couple of 100% profit, and, if the new All Stars RPC took on don't start making the rounds talking up the fantastic opportunity for investment in RPC, I won't be surprised.
