RE:RE:RE:BIR Jan 22, 2020 News Release - 5 year Plan

RE:RE:RE:BIR Jan 22, 2020 News Release - 5 year PlanWithout debating pros or cons of either pey or bir I will say that, to me, seems pey is playing the long game and bir wants to be bought/merged near the end of this 5 year plan.
compensation at both companies is pretty rich, just structured differently.
Gotta say tho, that group savings plan at bir is a reach, even if mngt benefits are relatively small.
Keeping it to bir-  I'll play for bounces until financials and record date or so.maybe happen, maybe not.
Q 1 maybe 2 #s are going to be gross so don't want to be around for that unless sp really goes into the manure.
Bir has some options here- halve the pad drilling and one offs at pc, deal out some land/non core assets (100 boed ?), reedem and/or  float new notes, or take an idea from pou and monetize some hardware( hello altagas). I think div reduction is absolutely last straw.
Wonder if uncle Seymour gets a little more aggressive here (in the boardroom i mean)?
Anyway, not so good week anywhere for o & g this week.
Sigh.
