Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Be Calm. Enjoy the Weekend.

RE:Be Calm. Enjoy the Weekend.look Vinny this was viewed as a step backwards and for good reason. This company has never had warrants attached to past raises. This is the first dilutive raise since the 11.85 bought deal. Simon said they don't need the cash, then why do the raise? It's because they view this current SP As the top for a while and want more cash as it is going to get ugly when ACB and WEED report. This was a step backwards for Aphria. $7.70 yesterday is now $7.00 today with the dilutiona added to the float.

Momo and Mammoth give it some time.  You may be praising this move soon as we pick up a struggling LP for a song.  Positive, Savage, WideO, you are right.  Tree, you are hard to read sometimes. Kingbear and others who have questions for Prof. Cornholio?????  The Corn Dog has left the building. He has given us the middle finger and told us to "GO F___ Yourselves". He has moved on to mining.  He is not coming back.  He said so!  He wouldn't lie again .........would he?

Be calm and enjoy the weekend.  There will be plenty of BUYING next week. I'll bet we are much higher by next Friday.
