RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Homestake Small specks of visible Gold inside a core are sometimes hard to spot, especially when it occurs around pyrhottite (which looks like gold but is more brownish, you can see it in the photos posted). Gold appears more like the colour of butter when viewed in the presence of pyrhottite.
Anyway, I would not put too much emphasis on this. Sometimes you hear about companies who release photos of small specks of visible gold and then few weeks later the assays come out only to disappoint and drive the stock down and investors' money with it.
If you look at the description of the core in the news release and the overall visual, it looks very promising. Unlike in their previous Phase 1 drilling, this is the first time they hit "brecciated" mineralization, as per news release, which is a really good sign.
I'm surprised the stock hasn't moved higher, but at the same time apprieciate the fact that some people made some decent gains already and are cashing in on some of their gains.
Like i've said before, I fee the stock will levitate higher from here, and we have some decent support in the mid-0.30's, but nothing may prevent it from doing a flash-crash lower, if someone decides to exit completely, only very briefly.
