red you are WAY too optimistic. Even when companies lock down every possible insider leak there are a number of other channels that can leak. That is precisely why insider trading cases are seldom successful. Sad volume. A share price that cant hold .175 No news. A string of missed targets over 2 years. A big investor putting up a wall. Its time to take off the rose colored glasses. Every resource in the company should have been focused on implanting patients. If you listened to the call last summer you know what the commitment was for year end. Anything short of that in the next NR could seriously undermine the current pitiful share price.
