Most of what you shared is not true, according to this press release from 2017: https://unmanned-aerial.com/drone-delivery-canada-deems-extreme-weather-tests-success The technology just keeps getting better too. So I imagine weather is even less of a problem than it was in 2017. Besides, Drone delivery Canada is much more of a software and logistics solution than just a pure drone company.
