Not one nat gas company will be extended further credit , they will all fall into arrears and the banks will end up holding all those leases . About the same time Trudeau and Morneau will start talking about how LNG could replace coal and be soooo much better for the planet . They are all in it together , the rich get richer and ..... well you know .
Ward could have saved his company by paying down debt but his pigheaded arrogance kept him drilling , now these guys are dead men walking .
I have watched (and played) this stock for a few years but have been so disgusted with management since Feb of 2018 that I'm more interested in seeing this bunch go bust rather than succeeding .
Ward is an idiot , plain and simple . Talk to him and all he can say is "we have done everything right" , the guy has no idea regarding smart business strategy . 10 years ago , he would have gotten away with this but Canada (well Toronto and Montreal) have hijacked Canadian politics and put Greta Thunberg in the driver seat . Ther a climae emergency , the sky is falling , we're all gonna die . The CBC pushes this , Toronto and Montreal believe this and not one person has the balls to stand up and call bullshyt . Canadian energy is doomed , Trudeau will see to that so get used to it . Canada is done , this country is Americas bytch and the laughing stock of the world .
