If Largo keeps it payable without paying them back to Glencore by the end of April and simply don't pay Glencore back for what they owe. They should expect a lawsuit from Glencore against them. Yet, they can present to the judge how they come up with a totally different amount Glencore should have owe them instead. It will be an interesting legal battle.
