Forum Energy Metals - Who are the fools?

Forum Energy Metals - Who are the fools?RTEC is spending 30 million dollar over a 2 year time span on the Forum Energy Metals Janice Lake project. Although this might be small money for a company like Rio Tinto, they probably only invest this kind of money if there is a more than average potential. Now if you take a look at the market value of Forum, this is a little less than 11 million dollar at the moment. This leads me to the obvious conclusion there is something not really in line. But, who are the fools? The RTEC managers, spending all this money on a promising project or the market, valuing FMC at a mere $0,10? Time and patience will tell, but I tend to believe Justin Huhn (UraniumInsider) and Dave Farmer (Moniology) who are mentioning Forum Energy Metals as a potential 10-bagger for a while now. Good luck to all my fellow shareholders!
