RE:RE:Conservative Sum of Parts Calculation - C$3.80/share

I know, i know Cabbie, its conservative. I wanted to establish a realistic floor for the stock. I think we have all become acclimatized to the levels the stock has been trading at for the last 5 years and think a 30% or a $1/share rise on Monday brings us to a reasonable valuation when in fact, only a 100% rise gets us to reasonable levels. The $3.80 level is also the minimum price we should be fetching in any takeover scenario.

Have you done a similar analysis? If so, what did you get as a price and what assumptions did you have?
