RE:New presentation out I like what they present in this Jervois report and it will help inform people of the large deposit in Idaho.
Too bad these guys these guys will look smart for proving to the world what long term investors already knew from the work of previous management which is:
1 - lthere likely more than a billion worth of ore in this deposit. perhaps much more, and
2 - Cobalt per pound production cost after the other metal credits against its cost will be about $5 US per pound, or about $13 per pound without those metal credits. This is before overhead cost of mine development is applied to get the final cost per pound of around $20.
None of this is new - to get the exact figures just look up the old studies issued by Formation Capital and its successor Ecobalt Solutions. They are likely still on record or can be reposted here on Stockhouse. The new guys claim they can do it all cheaper than that and I hope they are right in their fine tuning.
It is just sad to see that excellent this old news will make these guys look like they are discoverers of new ore when at best they are financial types hiring experts to build a mine to get at a long known ore body.
Lets hope they get it done without further dilution of the shares or giving away a share of the Idaho mine. Real financial experts should be able to do that - very soon now this will be the real test of our Jervois team. For the sake of shareholders they need to pass this test and prove their worth.
Good luck to real investors,,
