The Company's Clayton Ridge project in Clayton Valley, Nevada, is comprised of 12 contiguous claims totaling approximately 248 acres. The Company has three separate claim blocks in Nevada that are prospective for lithium known as the 1,136-acre McGee Lithium Clay Project, the 124-acre Green Clay Lithium Project, and the 280-acre Elon Lithium Brine Project, covering an aggregate area of 1,540 acres. Its 3,015-acre Chibougamau project is composed of four separate claim blocks and is located in the direct vicinity of Lac Chibougamau, Quebec, Canada. Its 100-per-cent-owned Perron-East Gold Project consists of five mineral claim blocks covering 11,608 acres located in the Abitibi greenstone belt of northwestern Quebec.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Planting The SeedI ask the question again: if this acquisition is a "game changer", why was SPMT unable to get more than $174,000 (only $0.012 per unit) in 2020?  How to explain that SPMT was able to get very close to $1,000,000 ($0.05 and $0.065 per unit) in 2018 and so little this time?  By the way, the first important NR from Amex about Perron was published in February 2019 (well before September 26, 2019).  I don't think we can compare the two companies.
