Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Everybody wondering who made the big investment today.

RE:Everybody wondering who made the big investment today.I keep reading and re-reading the news article from last week.
Irwin has indicated during the past 2 quarters that he will only do a deal if it was accreditive.

But in last weeks news item the word accreditive wasnt anywhere on the news. The word "opportunistic" was there instead. Dilution to us shareholders to boot. Yes I know 100m in the bank we should be happy.

What if Irwin starts going asrtay in his goals and objectives like our good old friend Vic.

Google Hain Celestial & Accreditive. I can see how he has built the company with clear direction to his audiance. This "opportunistic deal just bothers me.

I hope to see more clarity in the coming weeks.
