As of this moment, I have gotten proxy statements from Fidelity but not TDAmeritrade. I have not had issues with TD before, so it is probably just a matter of time.

Remember that almost all of us own shares that are held in our brokers name (aka, street name) and only rarely in our own name. So, you have to depend on your broker sorting out who owns shares and helping get proxies to you. To help the process make sure that you have your current email address listed on your accounts and that you are set up to receive electronic communications.

If you don't get your proxies in the next few days, you should contact your broker. If he indicates that there is some reason you can't vote, you should threaten to change brokers and send Marc Lubow an email telling him your broker is not letting you vote. If this were anything more than an isolated issue, CVR could postpone the vote until such time as the issue is fixed.

Finally, it has been suggested here that shares that are not voted by the shareholder will automatically be voted by management. This is absolutely not true. You MUST vote your shares yourself.
