RE:RE:RE:Long term contract with Labs

RE:RE:RE:Long term contract with Labs There is KKE Sensi oil as well South and the BlissCo, and any other extraction facilities planned, build out is still a ways away from completion and the demand for all product lines are going to increase huge to supply the product volumes necessary as guidance targets are met over the coming weeks/ months...they will more than likely need the extra capacity MediPharm Labs can provide and if not they need the insurance at the ready.

We will have to see the details of the Claim with respect to FIRE and with the volume of oil product FIRE is going to need going forward they will have no problem meeting their end of the agreement, as long as MediPharm is providing what is required by FIRE, as per agreement. It appears that there could be more business done with MediPharms Labs not less, it sounds like they are a quality processor, JMHO...Opt

I dont see any similarities in regards to the nature of the agreement Supreme had with LABs and the information Labs provided Friday.

We know they are only making KKE oil and the agreement was for 1000kgm of trim over a three year period. This was announced at the end of 2018 at no charge to FIRE and LABS was to retain a processing fee only...So based off that we are in year two of the 1000kgm agreement. I though maybe they would use LABs for the other 2.0 concentrates, we know they are using BLISSCO for PAX oils only, just doesnt make sense to be Supreme here:

Under the terms of the Agreement, Supreme Cannabis, through its wholly owned subsidiary, 7ACRES will supply a minimum of approximately 1,000 kg of high-quality cannabis trim per year to MediPharm for the extraction and production of premium cannabis oil products for the adult-use consumer market, sold under Supreme Cannabis’ brands. The program will be established at no capital cost to Supreme Cannabis, with MediPharm retaining a processing fee for the cannabis oil produced.

very different scenarios here imo.

LABS still lists FIRE as a partner as of Today. I dont see Cronos, Canopy etc on there. Also LABS seems pretty inflexible to amend agreements based on the statement they made Friday.
