RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Long term contract with Labs The Claim does not separate FIRE out in the NR South, but it specifies a "private label cannabis oil sale agreement" and with FIRE having a tolling agreement it is clear the Claim does not specify FIRE and IR confirms this.
It looks like MediPharm does good work and there is a lot of FIREproduct to shelve in the near term and going forward so there is probably advantage to maintaining a healthy working relationship with them going forward, at least until they have all extraction requirements fully in hand. Extraction is going to do nothing but grow especially in the European marketplace, maybe they will need to acquire them yet?
It is looking better everyday for FIRE and the level of success going forward but only as long as they maintain the focus of the company on quality at scale at all times and continue to stay within their means, JMHO...Opt
BARRIE, Ontario, Jan. 24, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MediPharm Labs Corp. (TSX: LABS) (OTCQX: MEDIF) (FSE: MLZ) (“MediPharm Labs” or the “Company”) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, MediPharm Labs Inc., has filed a statement of claim (the “Claim”) in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice against a licensed producer.
The Claim relates to, among other things, the payment of outstanding amounts of approximately $9.8 million pursuant to the private label cannabis oil sale agreement referenced in MediPharm Labs’ February 11, 2019 news release.

That being said I did reach out to IR on this and they have comfirmed the relationship is in good standing.
The agreement between the two is what was disclosed and referenced in 2018. Nothing more.
That being said, just like the Namaste bullshite, its time to cut LABs lose as they are giving these scumbag shorters more ammo to comfuse the markets with. Its poor logic imo to make a statment of claim inference when you have multiple partners who are in good standing.
imo Good Luck all.
