RE:RE:Big buying here the past week just an observation, but I think they would have to make sure the plant operates
as designed, before actively seeking new, big contracts.
It would be, IMHO, disastrous, if major tweeking/adjusting had to be done, and
contracts could not be  fulfilled on  time.  Just saying....
But I am fully invested and very hopeful.
