RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:HypotheticalCurrent and past BOD's have failed for almost 10 years. 

The last failure was delisting this off the Nasdaq with no preperation which cost us 25 cents of downside in the process. Then in a knee jerk reaction, they decide to list us on the OTC. We would be at 2.25$ today if not for that mishap.

Before that, they hired Parker who sat back and collected millions per year doing nothing and then went back to his old cozy job. VERY weak judgement and decision on the BOD's part.

And for years, BOD hasn't been able to create shareholder value with the stock basically trading at firesale pricing year after year. 

Conclusion: Failure.
Remedy: BOD step down and put the company for sale or privatize because you don't know what you're doing.
