  for MRS (my understanding) And than sold a whack and
  now you see them buying back again.
The problem we have is who is annonymous (Haywood)
Buying under Haywood for representation but selling under
   annonymous is what brokers do and should not be allowed period
   IMO! Whoever legislated this in should reverse course and the
   broker you buy under sells under to even things out!!
Who came up with this idea and why (A bunch of crooks IMO!)
