Cleantek Industries Inc. is a Canada-based clean energy technology company. The Company is focused on ESG accretive technology solutions with operations across North America. It has developed and commercialized its patented wastewater dehydration technology, the ZeroE, which it rents to its customers for use at gas processing facilities and on drilling rigs focused on hydro-sustainability. RE:RE:Hopefully they can find at least one other company besides I agree and expect avarice to carry the day.  I doubt they (Stark and McHardy) have much interest in wells that are kaput and spending time and money to bring them up to 20 bbls a  day, when there is so many other ways for them to make pocket money.  ELS has a member on the board and over 10% ownership in the stock, I doubt they are going to be pushed in a corner by RPC.  RPC's hope is to get several bidders to the table, guess we'll see if they can do that.
