Waiting for Apple's reaction

Waiting for Apple's reactionmakes sense to me before releasing anymore news on the settlement, why bother till you know the money is in the bank or its a done deal.  

Im hoping that Apple is taking some time to react because they are giving due consideration to the settlement.  Could also be as simple as they are just a little busy reporting thier quarter.
